Welcome to MasterBuilder Pro ("the App"), a construction calculator application for iOS. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MasterBuilder Pro provides construction calculators, material estimators, and reference tools for Australian building trades. The App is intended for professional tradespersons and DIY users as an estimation aid only.
By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
MasterBuilder Pro offers the following subscription and purchase options:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period for annual subscriptions). You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices are in AUD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, though any change will not affect active subscription periods.
The App provides a limited set of free calculators upon download. A Pro subscription or lifetime purchase unlocks all trades, calculators, and premium features. Access to Pro features is contingent on maintaining an active subscription or having completed a lifetime purchase.
All calculations, estimates, and compliance references provided by MasterBuilder Pro are for informational and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or building advice. You should always verify calculations independently and consult qualified professionals before making decisions that affect structural safety, regulatory compliance, or project costs.
References to the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, or any regulatory framework are provided as general guidance and may not reflect the most current amendments or jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence to generate content, comparisons, or visualisations. AI-generated outputs are estimates and may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI features are provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any professional decision.
All content, design, code, and branding within MasterBuilder Pro are the property of MasterBuilder Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, MasterBuilder Pro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in calculations, material estimates, or compliance references.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
